How long does it take to receive reimbursement?
Our goal is always to get our doctors paid as quickly as possible. Through concise billing we are able to limit the amount of time it takes insurance companies to pay our doctors.

 

Do you charge an annual renewal fee?
No, our fees remains constant.

 

Is there a contract that I must sign in order to begin working with P.M. Medical Billing? Can I terminate my contract at any point?
Yes. Our contract is a simple agreement that requires a “90 day in – 90 out” termination period so that we can wrap up and ensure the account is given back to the doctor in the best possible standing.
