P.M. Medical Billing Corp was founded over 20 years ago by Patty Hirsch, a certified ophthalmic tech, biller and fluorescein photographer. Recognizing the need for a billing company that specialized in ophthalmology, Patty set out to create the benchmark in a complex profession that large, multi-specialty firms were serving ineffectively. Today, we are the largest, oldest and most experienced outsourced ophthalmology medical billing service in the United States. We truly live and breathe ophthalmology.
